IQAC Work Plan
The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious,
consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of
Cane Grower's Nehru Post Graduate College, Gola Gokarnnath,
Kheri (U.P.).
The IQAC was constituted in our college on 01 July 2009.
It serves as an important administrative body responsible for planning,
monitoring and promoting academic excellence and infrastructural
development. The committee continuously works to enhance quality
teaching, learning and institutional governance.
IQAC conducts four meetings every year to prepare and review
academic and administrative plans. It encourages value-based
education, continuous improvement in teaching-learning practices,
and effective implementation of institutional policies.
The committee regularly collects feedback from students, teachers,
alumni, employers and other stakeholders. The feedback is analyzed
and recommendations are submitted to the Principal and the
Management for continuous quality enhancement.
IQAC also motivates faculty members to participate in seminars,
workshops, conferences and research activities. It acts as the nodal
agency for NAAC accreditation and ensures timely preparation of
AQAR, SSR and other quality-related documentation.
